Road Safety is Paramount

Man Driving in Car

Road Safety

Driver and Instructors  Responsibilities

The goal of the SkidzOn System is to increase driver expertise

And to achieve this real life experience we believe that as well as most other forms of driver training it is best done in real life situations

We have sought legal advice on the use of our product on public roads and this advice confirmed our opinions that any form of driver training is legal on public roads

However the driver and instructor needs to be fully aware of All road rules as any infringement of these rules is the responsibility of the driver and possibly the instructor

There are many significant decisions a driver makes every trip that  could have catastrophic consequences if these decisions have not been considered for the safety of all on the road

Such as making a turn across a lane of traffic

The same rules apply to a sudden and unexpected braking event in traffic

It is for the above reason that it is fully understood that it is the drivers and instructors responsibility to ensure the safety of All road users when a SkidzOn driving training session is activated

The Test

Private lessons that relate to real conditions and in the car that the student will be driving

We would make learning fun through a variety of engaging real life experiences that otherwise would be left to possibly life threatening situations

This total lack of experience and qualification in such an important aspect of driving we see a completely untenable and inexcusable

We believe this form of Driver training and related testing should be mandatory for the safety of all road users

Our goal is that All new drivers will be trained tested and receive a pass or Fail result

This would be the worlds first Pass or Fail test for emergency braking

Our World wide Patents covers this in detail
